Sauber, geräumig, nahe der Innenstadt, gut ausgestattete Küche. - Der Zugang per Selbstbedienung wurde durch fehlende Beschilderung („Gehe zum Wohnhaus C“ – dann muss angegeben werden, wo sich C befindet) und Anweisungen (Schlüsselkarte generieren) unnötig erschwert, die nicht der Realität entsprechen.

   A short walk from the main train station, this is a great spot to stay in Innsbruck. It is about a five minute walk to the center of old town, no more than a 10 minute walk to the basilica of Saint Jakob and the Hungerburger bahn, with public transportation, university, and tour bus station within a one minute walk. Check-in is self guided and with an entrance inside of a locked outside door, it is very secure. All located along a central hallway, three separate rooms that can sleep seven comfortably (plus a sleeper-sofa in the living room), two bathrooms, a full kitchen, eating space for eight, and a full balcony make it is deal for a family or a group travelling together. Kitchen has all amenities needed and it was nice having a washer/dryer available in the unit. It is very quiet, there is foot traffic, but there are a couple of office buildings nearby, so it gets really quiet after 5 or 6p. The rooms are very comfortable with good windows, and decent linens on the beds (the comforters were cozy warm!). Finally, on clear days there are great views of the mountains from the balcony and kitchen area.
